Time to wrap up NC, and move on to the next adventures. Today we said “until next time” to our friends here at the campgrounds and in the community. Hard to believe we have been here two months! But life moves on, and so are we! We are off to Tennessee with some great friends! Hopefully we will have some video to show (the dashcam totally killed the video) soon!

We’ve been stationary for a while, so travel day tomorrow with lots to do.

We did a trip up to Little Switzerland in our final days here. Holy turns batman! But the views were amazing! 3800 feet of elevation gain and decline. We were literally above the cloud deck and rain. Maybe we should have had a destination in mind, not just the thought of ”hey lets go there!” We also did the road from Montserrat to Hendersonville, something like the most twists and turn in NC? Anyway…

The outside is all buttoned up, The car is ready for its first tow… I’m about as ready as I can be, first time towing our car… We are both leaving NC with a bittersweet feeling. Our short list of where we would want to live post (all this insane crap), is very short and NC, here in McDowell county is up there for me.
